.

As part of their Thai cultural field trip, our Grade 8 students traveled to Lanna Wisdom School on March 25, 2024, for an enriching cultural experience. They delved into the art of making Khao Soi, a traditional northern Thai dish. Guided by skilled instructors, our students learned the intricate steps and rich history behind this beloved cuisine, developing a greater appreciation for Thai culture and culinary traditions. Through laughter, teamwork, and hands-on learning, our Grade 8 students left with not only new culinary skills, but also cherished memories and a better understanding of Thai culture's rich tapestry.

On March 26, 2024, our high school students went to Thai Lue Learning Center. Our students learned about the Thai Lue people's traditions and local wisdom, as they are an active ethnic group that contributes to the rich tapestry of Lanna culture. From learning about their way of life to indulging in delicious meals, our students approached each aspect of this cultural exploration with open minds and eager hearts. They were able to try their hand at Tung making, a traditional craft, as well as experience the rejuvenating art of Thai massage. This unforgettable experience not only gave our students a new appreciation for Thai culture's diversity, but it also helped them form lasting connections with the beautiful traditions of the Thai Lue people.
