Outstanding Senior Scholarship

The Outstanding Senior Scholarship Award is sponsored by the CMIS Parent Teacher Group (PTG). It is a merit-based cash award in the amount of 30,000 baht, granted to the member of the senior class who best demonstrates outstanding achievement, both at CMIS and in the broader community. The award recipient is selected by a committee, which includes representatives from the CMIS faculty, administration, PTG executive membership, and a CMIS parent (who does not have a child in the senior class).

The PTG is a forum for sharing ideas and concerns. The group's objectives are to promote communication between parents, teachers, and administrative staff; to promote cooperation between parents and the school board; to promote understanding and goodwill between CMIS and the community at large; and to promote and actively support the educational programs of CMIS. The PTG also fundraises to support school programs and activities, and annually rewards a deserving senior student with a scholarship.
