The JV boys had an incredible year.

The JV boys had an incredible year.  We played high quality football, and winning the tournament just crowned the season.

Coming from a rare thrashing of Grace, (7 to 2) our spirits were high. Taking the good mood into the first game, we scored 6 to beat APIS 6 to 1 in the first match. The next game was tough. Playing Grace is always intense, so we were relieved after scoring a header at the10 minute mark. Our goal gave us control over the match, and we managed to triple our lead by half time.

JV Football 7-a-side Match v PTIS on Tuesday 29th November

The JV Football squad had their final pre-tournament match away at PTIS on Tuesday 29th November. The first half was disappointing, Prem scoring the only scrappy goal, and our guys had problems controlling the bouncy ball on a hard pitch.

JV Football Matches 25-26 November‏

On Friday 25th November the JV Boys football team played their only home match 7-a-side against a team from Waree School on the CMIS field. We found it hard to get going but eventually the goals came with Samuel Emilsson and Jon Won netting a goal apiece to make the score 2-0 at half-time.

The boys' JV under-16 football team had two away matches this week on Monday and Tuesday against APIS and LannaIS respectively, both resulting in victories.
Against APIS the CMIS team built up a 3-1 lead at half-time, goals coming from Jon Won, Sonny Brodard and captain Chris Collins. Our strong defence was rarely troubled in the second half and three further goals from Chris,a penalty from Jon and one "own-goal" cemented a comfortable 6-1 win.
