I've had an eclectic career both in and out of education. Originally certified to teach secondary social studies, I subsequently picked up endorsements in English, elementary education, and K-12 administration. I have taught in China, Hawaii, Oregon, and at CMIS. I have taught university, high school, junior high and elementary and skiing. I have coached lots of sports but mostly soccer and basketball. I also practiced law for a time in Hawaii.

We have 4 children, all girls, and all attending CMIS. I enjoy sports, spending time with my family, the beach, and the mountains.
