KG bridges the foundations of the CMIS Pre- School to the learning expectations of Grade 1. We focus on: Learning through play and projects where we follow the child's interest nurturing curiosity, providing a challenging stimulating learning environment. Children gain understanding through hands on activities and real life learning experiences. We recognizing the importance of developing the whole child (social and emotional, physical, creative and critical, knowledge and understanding of themselves and the world). We recognizing that each child is an individual developing at their own pace.
Our Program focuses on the basic language and mathematical skills integrating social studies and science topics. Children also receive instruction from specialist teachers in Art, Music, Computers, Library, Physical Education and Thai Language and Culture.
Please note that children applying for entrance to Kindergarten at CMIS should be five years old as of the first day of school in August.
